What does CAIR do?

-Engage the Media to represent an accurate understanding of Islam.

-Outreach with educational, interfaith, community, and governmental organizations to clear misconceptions regarding Islam and build coalitions that foster respect & mutual understanding.

-Educate the Muslim community regarding it's rights and responsibilities.

-Empower youth to take active leadership roles in society.

-Protect Civil rights through constructive engagement with law enforcement and through the legal system.
